There were several moments during the evening performance of Spring Is in the Air – presented April 12 at the Adler Theatre – in which I sat slack-jawed in awe of the choreography executed by Ballet Quad Cities.

The lifts, in particular, impressed me to full attention, and I was especially eager to see what would come next ...

Volunteer with Ballet Quad Cities!


Volunteers for Ballet Quad Cities have the rare opportunity to experience the Quad Cities’ premiere ballet company from an insider’s point of view. Since it takes hundreds of hours and thousands of dollars to prepare for and stage each production, program and event, volunteer efforts really count.
 
There are no dues, no meetings.  Commitments can be episodic or long-term; you can be involved to whatever extent works for you!

Volunteers are needed in the following areas:
  • Fundraising and event support
  • Performance hospitality - backstage and front of house
  • Publicity and promotions
  • Costume repair
Men and women throughout the Quad City region are dedicating their time, expertise and resources to volunteer for Ballet Quad Cities - and of course, we have fun while doing it!
