Eleanor Ambler grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and received her early training from Nina Alonso at Fresh Pond Ballet. She went on to train at Boston Ballet School, where she worked as an assistant teacher for elementary level classes. In 2016, she joined American Repertory Ballet’s trainee program. While there, she participated in a teacher training course led by Pamela Levy and worked as a substitute teacher at Princeton Ballet School, the official school of American Repertory Ballet. In 2018, she became a company trainee with Festival Ballet Providence, where she also acted as a substitute teacher for classes of all levels. Eleanor joined Ballet Quad Cities in 2021. In addition to performing with the company, she has enjoyed working with children in schools throughout the Quad Cities in BQC’s outreach programs. She is excited to share her knowledge and love of dance with the students of Ballet Quad Cities School of Dance!
