Eleanor Ambler grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and received her early training from Nina Alonso at Fresh Pond Ballet. She went on to train at Boston Ballet School, where she worked as an assistant teacher for elementary level classes. In 2016, she joined American Repertory Ballet’s trainee program. While there, she participated in a teacher training course led by Pamela Levy and worked as a substitute teacher at Princeton Ballet School, the official school of American Repertory Ballet. She has also worked as a substitute teacher for classes of all levels at the School of Ballet Rhode Island (formerly Festival Ballet Providence). Eleanor joined Ballet Quad Cities as a dancer in 2021, and began teaching at Ballet Quad Cities School of Dance in 2022. Since then, she has had the pleasure of teaching creative movement, ballet to levels 4 through 7, pointe, repertoire, and adult ballet. Eleanor loves sharing the art of ballet with her students!
